Since the last Democratic debate, two more candidates have qualified — Rep. Tulsi Gabbard of Hawaii and businessman Tom Steyer. The debate will take place on Tuesday, October 15, in Westerville, Ohio at 8 p.m. ET. Moderators include CNN anchor Anderson Cooper, CNN anchor Erin Burnett, and New York Times national editor Mark Lacey.
